This electric scaffolding lift raises a 1800 x 1060mm platform to a 10m working height on a four-section mast frame. One operator moves materials and reaches overhead work without erecting tube-and-coupler scaffolding. Working heights from 2m to 12m are built to order.

Characteristics

The foldable electric scaffolding lift folds to 3700 x 1250 x 630mm for transport, and each mast section comes off separately, so the unit passes through standard door openings when broken down. Four castors and four screw-jack outriggers let one person position and level it on site. Guardrails run around the full platform perimeter, and the deck carries materials and one operator.

Lifting Mechanism

Galvanized steel wire ropes run through the mast sections and are guided at each corner, keeping the platform level through the full travel. Lifting and lowering are controlled by a handheld remote control, so one operator can raise the platform from ground level and stop it at any height. Limit switches stop movement automatically at the preset upper and lower positions, and a fall arrester can be fitted which brakes the platform if a rope fails.

Why Hot-Dip Galvanized

Hot-dip galvanizing forms a zinc-iron alloy layer bonded to the steel, not a painted film on top. That layer isolates the steel from moisture and salt, so the frame holds up on coastal sites where painted frames blister within a season. Powder coated frames are available on request.

Applications

Used for exterior wall construction, interior decoration of high-rise buildings, billboard maintenance, facade cleaning and lamp maintenance. The 10m frame reaches most mid-rise facades without re-positioning.
