Sichuan Xinshenghang Technology Co., Ltd has established a comprehensive full-process quality control system for scaffolding products, covering raw material inspection, production online monitoring, finished product laboratory testing and pre-shipment inspection, certified by ISO management system and compliant with EN12811, BS1139, AS/NZS 1576 global construction safety standards.

We only purchase Q235 & Q355B high-strength steel from qualified large steel manufacturers. Our QC department inspects steel thickness, tensile strength, chemical composition and surface condition for every batch of raw materials. Any unqualified steel will be returned without entering production to avoid potential safety risks from the source.

Full-time quality inspectors patrol all production lines every hour during CNC cutting, automatic welding, stamping and hot-dip galvanizing:

• Check welding joints for cracks, missing welds and insufficient welding area
• Control dimensional tolerance of tubes, ledger and standards
• Ensure hot-dip galvanizing layer thickness reaches over 85μm for long anti-corrosion lifespan

Defective semi-finished products are isolated and reworked immediately.

Our self-owned testing lab is equipped with professional test equipment to conduct strict safety tests for all scaffolding items:

• Vertical load bearing test for ringlock scaffolding and adjustable steel props
• Tensile & slip resistance test for connecting joints
• Salt spray anti-rust test for galvanized surfaces
• Impact resistance test for scaffolding accessories

We can provide formal test reports for customers’ project bidding and certification.

Before container loading, we follow international AQL standards to sample goods randomly:

1. Verify product quantity matches your order
2. Recheck size, galvanized surface and welding quality
3. Inspect export pallets, shipping marks and packaging
4. Record photos and loading videos for your archive

We fully cooperate with third-party inspection organizations including SGS, BV and TÜV. You can arrange inspectors to audit our factory, test finished goods and inspect cargo before shipment. All ISO certificates, standard test documents are available at any time.

We never deliver defective scaffolding to global clients. If quality issues caused by our production occur, we provide free replacement and professional technical after-sales support to secure your construction projects.
