1. Product Introduction
This galvanized H frame scaffolding is a modular steel platform for crews that need to raise a level quickly. Each set contains two welded H frames, a pair of diagonal cross braces and one perforated steel walk board. Frames fold flat for truck loading and stack on coupling pins for extra height.

3. Technology
Frames are fabricated from industrial-grade Q235 carbon structural steel tube and welded on fixed fixtures, so rung spacing and frame outline stay identical unit after unit. Galvanizing is applied after welding and covers the welded joints as well as the tube, leaving no bare seam where rust starts.
4. Theory
Working height is created by stacking one H frame on another. Vertical loads travel down the legs into the base plates, while the diagonal braces carry horizontal and wind loads back into the frame, holding the bay square and the board level. Extra height adds bays instead of stressing one joint.
